Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the X-Orient website and platform. By creating an account or using our services you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. You confirm that using our services does not breach any law or regulation that applies to you, and that you are not located in a jurisdiction where we cannot lawfully operate.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login details confidential. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication. Activity carried out through your account is treated as your own, so tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Verification
We may ask you to verify your identity or the source of funds before enabling certain features. Where verification is required by law, we may limit, suspend or close an account that cannot be verified.
4. Using the platform
You agree not to:
- use the service for unlawful activity, fraud or money laundering;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to our systems;
- submit false information or impersonate another person;
- use automated tools to extract data or place abusive volumes of requests.
5. Transactions
Deposits, withdrawals and orders are processed according to the conditions shown in your account. Blockchain transactions are irreversible once broadcast: you are responsible for checking the network, asset and destination address before confirming. We cannot recover funds sent to an incorrect or incompatible address.
Pending orders may be cancelled before execution. Executed or broadcast transactions cannot be reversed. Where limits apply to an asset or verification level, they are displayed before you confirm.
6. Fees
Our fees are shown before you confirm a transaction. Network fees charged by the underlying blockchain are separate and vary with network conditions. We may change our fees, and any change will be published before it takes effect.
7. Risk disclosure
Digital assets are volatile and their value can fall as well as rise. You may lose part or all of the value of your holdings. Nothing on this website constitutes investment, legal or tax advice, and you are solely responsible for your own decisions. Consider taking independent professional advice before committing funds.
8. Availability
We work to keep the platform available at all times, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, security reasons or events beyond our control. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice where practical.
9. Intellectual property
The X-Orient name, branding, interface, text and graphics are protected by intellectual property rights and belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or commercially reuse them without our written permission.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend or close an account if we reasonably suspect a breach of these terms, fraudulent or unlawful activity, or if we are required to do so by law. You may close your account at any time once outstanding balances have been settled.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, X-Orient is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or losses arising from market movements, your own errors, or failures of third-party networks and providers. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Third-party services
The platform may link to or rely on services operated by others. We are not responsible for their content, terms or availability, and your use of them is governed by their own agreements.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of X-Orient’s establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory local rules provide otherwise.
